Opps… quick reformatting mistakes

Well, I might have made a mistake a few days ago. I decided I needed to run something on Windows and Windows being a pain, I couldn’t get it to install on my Frame work laptop so a format was in order.

I quickly copied my files from my home directory off to my external to be later returned to my linux environment, however this is where something went wrong.

All of my dot files and directories are missing. For me this means .emacs.d, .ssh, etc. So my ssh keys, emacs config, etc never got copied over. Not sure why… Something I’ll need to investigate later on, fortrunatly most of this is synced either via git or syncthing to my desktop, so I’ve got everything, just a little concerning.
